The location was excellent, a 2 minute walk to the main street and pubs restaurants, ski lifts close by. The accommodation was spotless, clean, warm, and cosy, a great power shower, and the kitchen had everything you would need, excellent WiFi, The view from the balcony overlooking the Tatras mountain was lovely, I would highly recommend this property to stay in. This is a five-star studio apartment We didn't meet the host Paul, but I would like to say thank you for the chocolates, champagne, and welcoming card. Paul was only a phone call away if we needed to contact him. Denis, 🇮🇪 Ireland

In general, I didn't like the beds, they weren't comfortable, we had a power outage in the apartment, but we were immediately attended to by the host.

We had a great stay at Willa Arkady. It was located close to town so we could walk to shops, restaurants and the cable car easily. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the kitchen facilities in the room. Paul was an amazing host, easy to communicate with and really helpful during our stay. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, comfortable apartments, nice staff

Villa without breakfast - the description is incorrect. The staff just said - "talk to the bar downstairs about breakfast". The bar was still closed at 10:20 am on the first day, the next day, the bar employee said that they do not cooperate with the villa.... Parking space is not "on site". The parking lot is not far, but it is on the other street. The worst thing is that the decision to book this apartment was determined by the breakfast and parking nearby. Both descriptions were lies to lure tourists.. The room is noisy at night, but it is a central street..
