Conveniently located.

The tv remotes were not working and there weren’t any cleaning things like a mop for instance and also, the place was crawling with cockroaches 🪳

They never gave us WiFi password, only one towel yet we booked for two people, no bin to throw out garbage

It was clean and conveniently located.

The clearners don’t know how to clean. They just came in and wiped the surfaces, they didn’t dust the tv or lean behind the tv and everything.

Overall, I was mostly satisfied, although some things do need to be considered. On the upside: • Reasonably priced. • Well-secured. • Staff very helpful and friendly • Place was clean and mostly well-maintained (toilet lid was broken – a minor issue, but still). • Reasonably-priced and stocked mini-bar. • Dressing gowns. • Kitchen has all standard appliances. • Peace and quite is strictly enforced, with a strong emphasis on no noise. • WiFi was good.

On the downside: 1. If you are a relatively light sleeper, request a room that is not on the road. The road is really busy, so you will have to sleep with your windows closed and maybe a pillow over your head. 2. “Luxury” is not just a meaningless word used for advertising. Although there is no law about it, places use the word “luxury” or “basic” to indicate some amenities in the room. This place uses the word “luxury”. In these flats, however, • No tea or coffee. • No soap or shampoo. • Only two hangers in the cupboard (and those are used for the dressing gowns). • They don’t have a generator to accommodate “load shedding” (power-cuts). One would expect this, given the size of the complex.

No warm water... Dirty bedding and bath..found hair in both White bedding a shade of brown all over them.. Wifi out 80% of the time

The facilities not being up to scratch.. Poor customer service aswell
