Very friendly older couple and excellent rooms amd service

Nothing much

I received a warm welcome from the owners. The property is not big but safe and very convenience to walk to the city center. I booked 5 rooms. Every room is clean with standard facilities such as refrigerator, soap & shampoo, hair driers, smart TV etc. Breakfasts, Thai's style, are nice and delicious. Feel like staying home while receiving high service quality like large hotel.

Google map address is correct however, the property sign is quite hard to spot. Therefore, I passed it and have to ask people nearby. No more I didn't like about this place.

Excellent room - food was tremendous. The family hosting were very kind and extremely helpful. Their friend - Dang - was super helpful in finding transport.

The Homestay is a family operated guesthouse. The rooms are very clean, comfortable with plenty of amenities (WiFi, television, refrigerator, bottled water, and lots of other bathing necessities). The owner (manager) did a wonderful job checking us in. The owners speak very little English, but they are quite accommodating and so eager to please. The breakfast area is located in an open area overlooking a beautiful lotus pond. When we were leaving, they presented us with a small gift, and it was heart-warming. The property is safe, and the cars are parked on property with gate.

The neighborhood is close to town, but it became quite obvious that this is not really a tourist town. It appears that most of the visitors come here for weekend shopping or as a midpoint (stopover) in travel plans. The breakfast is limited, but it does meet the basic needs for coffee, tea, eggs, toast, etc. It is definitely a Thai breakfast, which is sufficient for most travelers but not for all.

The location is quite close with walking street. The owners are very kind. They recommended restaurants , directions and ready to help anytime.

At night, there were many insects because the house is near a lotus pond. Some of them manage to sneak into the room, but I don’t know where they come from.
