"不能用高標準要求的便宜旅店"

浴室很乾淨，沐浴乳洗髮精都很好用 棉被很舒服，但床墊偏硬

連續住宿時，旅店不提供垃圾清運，說內部規定不提供續住清掃，但只住一天退房的話也是要清掃吧?續住能省也是要看旅客方便時才能省，而非是你們自己訂規則不負責就不負責。連續住旅客並無得到特別優惠，憑什麼該幫你們省成本?環保是個人意願，不能拿來做你們節省成本的道德綁架。 原因只是我有些食物殘渣放置在垃圾桶內，並且不想廁所垃圾桶有異味(使用後的衛生紙不能沖入馬桶)，難道提著透明裝滿糞便痕跡的塑膠袋下來大廳丟?我只能說這家店的經營者並不是服務導向的，心態上就與正常的餐旅服務業有差距....不能只是你們提供的東西就是滿意度，客人的需求就是無理取鬧，何況....我們是定了房才看到住宿規定的，並沒有非得接受你們的規定這道理!
