Very spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, we had an amazing time stay here.

Furniture is new and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Owner is super friendly and engaging. Soundproof. Room is bright with huge window. Bathroom is clean. Lots of hangers are provided.

Payment in cash only.

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spotlessly clean with good pressure and heat from the shower. The area is very nearby to some restaurants and a 7 eleven, and just a short 15min walk to the centre of Hualien City. Owner was very helpful and friendly, and happy to help us whenever we needed.

The train station is a bit far away - about 45min walking. If you've got luggage, organizing a taxi is going to be necessary - it's about $150NT for a one way trip. Most of the tours you would get pick up from the train station, so you might find yourself going back and forth a few times.

the property had an elevator, very nice for luggage transport to rooms. the room was spacious and clean. practically no road noise despite being next to the road.

the location was not within walkable distance from train station. we took a taxi which costs NTD155. not expensive, but if you are on a budget that is additional cost.

The place though not very big but big enough for two people, and is very clean, with balcony. Comfortable bed and beddings, elevator in the building (believe me, this is a big plus),no tub but shower has hot and strong stream of water. Great location, close to everything.

The only complain I have is no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room, just in the common area.

Very clean and modern! Nice location near the night Market and sea. The staff was amazing, so friendly!! We really loved our stay here, would recommend.

Only minor thing is that the wifi was not great (in our room on the 3rd foor at least)
