"Clean and cosy place to spend a night"

Basic but clean rooms and facilities, with a large well-equipped bathroom. Good for a short stay (1 or 2 nights). Good location to explore the nature around Leopoldsburg, but not exceptional either. The owner is flexible w.r.t. check-in hours, which is greatly appreciated!

It's very difficult to move around the common spaces without making a sound that can disturb other guests. As a result, it is quite possible to wake up unexpectedly due to noises in the hallway.

"Good for the low price"

The price. The bed. The room.

There were no black out curtains. The shower had stains all over (and even a spider). The toilet had poop stains... The room next to us, woke up at 6h30 am and left at 7h15 am, and because of the squeaky floors we could not continue sleeping. I have dust allergies and had to take multiple allergy pills.
