I booked this for my partner who was travelling for business. When he arrived outside the property, the woman at reception was rude, said that there were no bookings for that evening, and hung up the intercom on him! I then called on the reception phone, explaining that we booked through Booking.com, and that we have a reservation and if she could please check. She started shouting on the phone to me, telling me I must have never booked accomodation before and telling me to teach my partner how to communicate properly! I asked her multiple time to stop shouting and that is not how you run as service, to which she stsrted shoutung louder telling me it's none of my business and that I don't know how to book accomodation. I asked her what details she needed apart from what I gave her, she told me just the name, I gave her my name again. I then asked if there was anything else she needed to which she said no. I then said okay that's fine, goodbye then. And to this she replied: "Have a sh-t day!" And hung up the phone. I never in my life experienced any service like that throughout all my travels, I DO NOT recommend, very rude woman.
