Boa localização (perto da rodoviária e de fácil acesso a transportes públicos)

Não há recepcionistas e eles não deixam esta informação clara ao realizar a reserva. Ao contrário, enviam várias mensagens prontas e genéricas para fazer o check-in por WhatsApp e solicitam a foto do nosso RG. Você fica responsável pela chave e pelo cadeado do portão, o que é bem desconfortável. Além disso, caso precise deixar a sua bagagem para realizar alguma atividade é cobrado valor de 30 reais pelo guarda-volumes (que eu não encontrei por lá).
