Werner Guest Room

The neighborhood is charming with nearby cafes and bars. The hause is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Werner is a welcoming and helpful host, very easy to communicate with. He prepared breakfast for us every morning and it was very pleasant. There are some safety procedures guests have to follow but it is all well explained.

I wish we were allowed to use the kitchen for cooking. As a rule guests are only allowed to use the fridge and the microwave. I understand this makes things simpler and easier to manage, but for people that enjoy cooking their meals while traveling it might not be ideal

I had a great stay at Werner's place, he is very friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and tidy with a spotless bathroom. The imported soaps and oils were a treat.

There's no parking on the premise, but like many places in Cape Town you need to park on the curb.

Safe, secure, great part of town. Clean, modern and comfortable. Werner was great!

Just a little cold...but older houses are.

It is a spacious room in a lovely house with garden & outdoor space. Within walking distance to many breakfast/coffee places, restaurants & local stores in Observatory. The bed was very comfy with the down blanket perfect for winter.

Excellent property and very convenient to activities. The property is clean and has a fantastic old-time charm.
