The house was super clean upon arrival and both host did a great job of communicating and being very helpful through the stay

Pleasant home, clean, well-decorated, very responsive host

It quickly got crowded, as other bedrooms were also rented out. There is a gap under the door so you can hear everyone, and everyone can probably hear you, so privacy is a bit limited. It felt like when you are back to your parents' home for holidays and every bedroom is being used, and your noisy siblings are talking in the living room and you cannot sleep.

Beautiful home and room! Very well decorated and the bathroom was very clean with extra things you might need. The tub/shower was also nice! The bed was comfortable as well.

The host seemed to have friends over the same night we were staying there playing very loud music late at night, (around 11pm) in the living room which was right outside our bedroom door. I politely asked him to turn it down which he understood but didn’t for awhile. Then about an hour later, that same individual knocked on our bedroom door for about 15 minutes relentlessly while we were trying to sleep, and after finally getting out of bed to open it, he asked to borrow a phone charger and that someone stole his. It was a very weird interaction and I wish the home was a lot quieter at night. Some other friends came later on in the night around 2am and interrupted our sleep yet again. I don’t mind other folks coming in and out of the bnb I just wish the host would’ve communicated with their friends that they had guests staying and to be mindful of their noise/volume. I messaged the host to let him know of the loud music and that we were unable to sleep but I didn’t receive a reply. This was a beautiful home with easy parking and if the night wasn’t as noisy I wouldn’t have anything negative to say. Given my experience I cannot recommend this stay.

The owners were SO helpful with us as this was our first BNB stay, we had a very long drive and didn't arrive until very late. The room was big and the bathroom was very clean. And the area is very safe tucked back in a quiet suburban area. We didn't worry about our stuff in the car at all like we would with a hotel. There are others who rent out the other rooms and you share a living room space and they were very nice as well.

Everything else was excellent. Easy check in. Comfortable. Quiet. Great for solo travel.

THIS IS A ROOM SHARE! I overlooked that when booking. It’s somewhat far out so you definitely need a car. I didn’t like that you couldn’t have guests. I feel like if I’m paying, I should be able to have guests as an adult.

House was very cozy,clean, roomba ran on a schedule every morning. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed (except food, up to guests) including coffees, teas ect. Washer and dryer. Room was cozier than the photos. Private bathroom was stocked with all toiletries including doors, toothpaste, mouthwash. Body wash ,shampoo and conditioner. All doors to rooms and front door are coded locks. Tons of bonuses provided by Ashley and Christian. Wonderful stay!! If needed, we will definitely be back.
