I am really disappointed with this booking, even though I didnt stay there, I had to pay for it. The washroom was common and the room only gets locked from outside, no inside lock. If somebody has the code or could guess the code (the code was very easy and simple to guess), which is the simplest code to guess, they can easily enter the room. And who knows if all the rooms have the same code. I felt really unsafe in there, so, I immediately left the property and called booking.com customer service. I even sent picture of the door not getting locked from inside to booking.com agent. I hope to get a refund for this booking as I feel the property should have a door lock for room from inside for customer safety atleast.
