The Host Does A Great Job With Keeping Up The Property.

Beautifully kept property, easy check in and rm access, helpful and polite host. I LITERALLY live in hotels and the like and there IS NOT a better value in Charlotte.

Easy self check-in with codes, clean bathroom and kitchen, truly very helpful and friendly hosts: whatever the concern, Ashley and Christian are there to help and assist as quickly and best they can.

Not too easy to reach if you are travelling without a car: LYNX trains get you to University City Blvd, from there it‘s a 2 mile- walk to the property, although I wouldn’t recommend that because of the traffic and missing sidewalks. As recommended by Ashley, I ordered Lyfts to and from the property to the train station. That worked out fine. (I knew that the property wasn’t exactly in the city center when I made the booking, but as I am a big walker, I was planning on walking everywhere. So no complaint on my part :) )

I really enjoyed being able to cook, some eggs were waiting for us in the fridge and pancakes mix as well for breakfast in the morning. The beds were comfortable, very nice house. Great communication.

I wish I knew the laundry was not included. It says laundry facilities but you have to pay for it and even worst, it works with coins so I couldn't do my laundry. Highly disappointed about that. Everything else was great.
