TOUT!!! Je savais avoir loué une cabane en bois mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que ce soit aussi spartiate! Tout d'abord l'accès au lieu se fait par un chemin défoncé: nous avons touché deux fois avec la voiture de location! A notre arrivée, nous indiquons tout de suite au gérant que nous n'avons plus de cash et il nous rassure en nous disant que nous pourrons payer notre repas du soir en euros et au moment de faire le change, il nous dit nous retenir 200 baths pour les frais! Nous avons du renégocier! Quant au logement... j'étais en panique à la vue de la qualité: une cabane dont les planches ne jointent pas, des espaces de 10cm sous les portes et la porte de la terrasse qui ne ferme pas: il faut dormir la porte grande ouverte!! Devant mon angoisse, le gérant nous propose tout de même le bungalow à côté, à peine mieux. Vu la campagne environnante et la mare juste à côté, ça n'étais pas du tout rassurant, surtout que le gérant indique sur son site que si des araignées se pointent, il ne faut pas avoir peur!! Les repas sont pris sur deux tables sur la terrasse du propriétaire, on attend que les précédents aient fini pour pouvoir manger et la table n'est pas nettoyée entre deux clients. Le repas est à l'image de la chambre: très très simple. On a même du réclamer pour avoir un verre d'eau. On est reparti à l'aube après une courte nuit.

This place is heaven on earth. Ye is the kindest host who is clearly loved by everyone who stays. When we arrived we have just started the MHS loop and we’re pretty surprised by how cold we felt, Ye got us settled by a beautiful campfire with the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted and then cooked us some absolutely delicious curries. We had a lovely little cabin with an incredible view and a comfy bed. I headed to breakfast and Ye offered me a local rice soup which was delicious, he then shared a dessert that some friends had given him and gave us so warm sourdough bread which was delicious. I was genuinely so sad to leave this beautiful place and if I’m ever in the area again I won’t hesitate to come back! Thank you so much Ye.

Maybe provide some chairs to sit on the deck outside the cabin.

Ok to be fair here,you are booking a stay in a remote village, where life has a unique rhythm. Really, nice to sit round the camp fire and chat and enjoy some evening warmth. The dinner that So prepared was delicious and authentic Thai cuisine . Le was extremely personable and chatty and you kinda felt that he was on his own with that.loved hearing the loud haler system broadcasting to the village at 06.55 am it was cute and we are early people anyway.There is much evidence of careful and considerate planting here.

The room is sparse and very very basic and that's ok we can and have done that many times but the price just doesn't fit.Yes it was cold but you have to expect that in the mountains, there is practically no pressure in the shower or toilet hose which make them pretty much unusable.I think if the price relected what was being offered then this section would remain blank for future reviewers.Honesty works best
