Loved the room, it had everything you would need for several day stay. Easy travel cause of direct buses to city center. The hosts are very welcoming😁

This was the most prepared and welcoming place I've ever stayed in. Check in was easy and instructions were so detailed and helpful! The hosts were super friendly (Including the adorable dog!) and in the room they had a book with recommendations for everything you could need - from restaurants for all times of the day, things to do in Edinburgh, as well as bus/tram routes and times! They couldn't have made my trip easier. Even the small details of having an umbrella in the wardrobe or a microwave and kettle with cutlery and plates etc - it was honestly exceptional as well as being extremely affordable! It has easy access into the centre with buses regularly even on a Sunday early morning! I would absolutely stay here again anytime! Thank you so much :)

We attended an event at Murrayfield stadium. This location was ideal as it was 2 tram stops away from the venue. The room was clean, well presented and perfect for us to base ourselves for the night. We didn't see the hosts, which suited us, but they left a nice note and some lovely touches in the room.

Tudo. A casa e os proprietários são incriveis. O quarto tem tudo que precisava, tudo bem montado e pensado. Os donos pensam em cada detalhe para os turistas.

Alberto and Eleonora are the kindest hosts that make sure your stay in Edinburgh is excellent, comfortable and very simple to manage. The room was super clean, super cute and had many adorable final touches (eg. eco-friendly hygiene products, booklet for guests with some awesome tips for local food and activities etc.). The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was clean and modern. The self check-in and self check-out made our journey simple and easy to plan. The vibe of the whole stay was very cute and heartwarming. 100% recommend.

The property was very clean and well maintained with attention to detail (small things like iron , sanitaries , converters etc ) It had everything needed for a good stay. Small microwave also there , where you could warm your meal also. It’s just 30 minutes by bus to center and bus stop is 2 min walk . All in all it is very good value for money .

Oltre alla posizione eccellente, in una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma perfettamente collegata con i mezzi pubblici e l’aeroporto, questa struttura è semplicemente impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Estremamente accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, anche oltre le aspettative. All’interno della camera non manca davvero nulla: dal necessario per preparare un caffè al frigorifero, dalle coperte extra a una curata selezione delle migliori proposte per colazione, pranzo e cena, tutte consigliate direttamente dagli host. Sono inoltre disponibili dépliant e materiale informativo dettagliato su cosa visitare a Edimburgo e in Scozia. Anche l’ospite più esigente troverà qui tutto ciò di cui ha bisogno. Ogni dettaglio trasmette l’amore e la passione con cui i proprietari accolgono i loro ospiti, facendoli sentire davvero a casa e sempre i benvenuti. Eleonora e Alberto sono persone straordinariamente disponibili, gentili e attente, sempre pronti a venire incontro a ogni esigenza con grande professionalità e cortesia. Non vedo l’ora di poter tornare in Scozia per poter avere il piacere di soggiornare ancora da voi.
