Comfy bed and the house mates were friendly

The toilet in the bath room is leaking. It needs to be repaired.

Nothing. Very bad and poor customer service: do not reply to a phone number sourced from Malaysia.

I was never able to access the place and I have to book an express replacement for it.

Paul was extremely accomadating. Everyone at the sharehouse was chill and made sure you felt welcome. Highly recommend to any looking for accomadation in melbourne if you don't mind traveling to CBD. Accommodation is conveniently close to public transport. GIVE PAUL A RAISE!!

It is slightly far from CBD, but close public transport made up for it.

place could do with a good spring clean. While the room was ok the communal areas were grubby. Powerpoints were an issue - was a desk but no power near the desk.

The hause was dirty,massy and not a good smell

I did not like anything about the property. I never stayed there.

I booked the property through booking.com for five nights. Unfortunately I needed to cancel the booking but there was no refund from the full payment. Booking.com requested that the owner made a voluntary refund but they declined to reply. I sent a message through booking.com requesting a voluntary refund but they declined also to reply to me. I sent several messages but they were unwilling to reply to any. I would fully understand not getting a refund of the full booking fee if the owners were unable to get a rebooking. However as far as I'm aware they made no attempt to do so and were quite happy to take my full booking fee and provide nothing in return. What really annoyed me was the arrogance in failing to reply to several messages. They simply ignored me and took my money. Not happy…!
