Smart Stays

The room provided was quite big and clean. Bed cover was clean other facilities like wifi and television were available. The staff received us on our arrival and even guided for a city tour for a minimum fare. The hotel is located a bit in the outskirts of the proper city but still ok for a one day stay. The food served was also of good quality.

On our arrival the staff didn't help us to carry our luggages to our room. They didn't provided us with drinking water on our arrival and the last thing that created problem was that the room didn't have attached bathroom.

I loved their hospitality. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they made us feel very comfortable and provided us everything we needed. Plus, the internet conection was very good and stable.

The water was cold :(. But it wasn't a problem because the weather was hot anyways.

It is a very beautiful place and the staff is really friendly.

Cozy stay at a convenient location.The owner and his family are very helpful and addresses all the queries related to sight-seeing,cab facilities etc.I would highly recommend this stay to the people visiting Gorakhpur.
