UVs Homestay

The room was spacious, with balcony. Though the property was on the main haridwar road this was tucked in few feets from the road and hence completely silent and peaceful. It had a heater in the room, which I have rarely seen in such stays. The staff was very polite and caring. They had laundry facility with lil extra payment, which helped me a lot. The food was great. The location is near to most of the key places you want to visit. Enjoyed my stay. Value for the money paid.

Ambience was good

Staff behaviour and approach wasn't good. Food was not served properly. Waterlogging in Bathroom. Promised to provide an extra bed but didn't provided. When asked to arrange for a rented vehicle for local sight seeing, the staff named 'Puran' demanded a money which is 5/6 times more than the money I paid to the Car and Auto which I arranged by myself. You can get much better hotels near Har-ki-paudi, with much better room service at this price. In this price, it's a wastage of hard earned money to stay here.

Attitude of the team managing the facility. No toiletries in washroom. You can get 10 times better properties at this rate, in the same city. Sagging Mattress.

The food was excellent and the staff was courteous.
