Wonderful large room with possibly the nicest bathroom I have ever had as a guest. Lovely view, comfortable bed, exceptional furnishings. Stacey is a friendly and accommodating host . Would totally recommend .

Nothing to dislike, although steep steps down to the property, care needed!

"Just what we needed"

The location was perfect... a stones throw from the centre. Accommodation was just perfect, lovely and clean, comfortable bed and we loved the tea and coffee facilities. Stacey, the host, was very friendly, and the setup she has at the location is relaxing and laid back. It was just what we needed, a great stay in a perfect location. Thank you, Stacey.

And the use of an equipped kitchen with oils, herbs, condiments. Proper Ready Steady Cook! Less than 10mins walk from the centre of Holmfirth. V tastefully decorated, cracking bathroom and v serene

"Recommend - large and lovely room!"

What a wonderful find! Not too far up the hill on the way out of Holmfirth is a wonderful room with an unexpectedly stylish bathroom hosted by Stacey. Stacey is warm, friendly and easy to contact and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room is large with a lovely view and the bonus is you're allowed to use internet TV (Netflix etc) whilst you're there. Will stay again!
