Charming Luxury Room 10 Min from the Old City

All great!

Our room has been really cozy and we had direct access to a beautiful balcony with a great view.

The whole place has been dirty to the point where you didn’t want to touch anything in the bathroom which clearly hasn’t been wiped off for a long time, not even talking about properly cleaned. Same with the floor in our room. It was sticky and there have been ants on the sticky places. Contrary to what we were told beforehand, we were not able to check in by ourselves. Instead we had to give an exact time which was hard for us as we’ve been sightseeing on our way up. Staff wasn’t friendly or helpful at all. Me having had to ask three times f.e. to get a key is only the smallest part of it. Also the apartment is quite far away from the old city. To be fair we could have looked it up, but I still think the title is misleading.

The plants & cats! The communication worked really good as well. The room was small but had a huge tv, which worked. :D

The place could have been much cleaner. Not only the common area but also the room. The closed in our room had a big mirror, which was super dirty. The cleaning person came in the night when we stayed there and was really noisy while cleaning. She also locked herself in the bathroom and cried loudly on the phone. We felt sorry for her but it was also a weird situation. One of the staff wanted to enter our room without knocking on the door, but luckily we looked it.

I stayed here 3 times. I always book this place bcs of free 24 hrs parking. Parking in Jerusalem is a big headache and here you will be safe! Then its very close to drive to old city and anywhere in Israel. Great strategic location. Then you have kitchen and all facilities. Plus great value for money as Israel is not cheap.

Its a private apartment and nicely decorated. Two cats are living in the apartment as well. You can enter the terrace via two other rooms.

The apartment is a 5 minutes walk away from the tram and bus station. With the tram it’s 24 minutes (8 stations) away from old town (not 10 minutes). It depends on the other guest - it was pretty loud - one guest was cooking in the night until 2am and smashing the doors.
