The place was clean and the shower was warm

The building was not designed to be a b&b. It was forced to be one. Shoddy conversions and the room was way to small for the bed . Light in the room was not working. The only light was a bedlamp witch was standing on the floor because there was no bedsidetable. Service at breakfast was poor with no butter or jam with the toast and the eggs were cold

Loveless and Tino made our stay very comfortable and went their way to even accommodate our luggage after we had left and were very understanding of the difficult situation we were in. I would recommend them to everyone going to the Blouberg area.

For the price, I was happy with all the services.

Bed was comfortable Shower was hot Wifi and tv ok. Room and bed linen was clean

Room had a water leak ..coming from shower room. Noise from adjoining room (not because they were loud but there was no adequate wall insulation.) They were a whole family ..4 or 5 people. Shared lounge occupied by slouchy unfriendly people who appeared to be resident family/occupiers On arrival couldnt get in as door bell not working ..relied on coincidental occupier arriving and finding assistance. Bath towels were cheap old thin type and we had to use one to soak water leak in room. No proper greeting or departure grace..no idea who the host was. I've stayed at better places for half the price. Felt like goldfish in a bowl when traversing the property. Building site workers using power tools next door seem to have dispensation to be working early on a Saturday morning. Shower/toilet ridden with leak issues and renovated/fitted by cowboy workmen. Broken windows allowing infiltrator access (window pane missing) Room listed as cottage was in fact a pokey little room in the loft area.
