1.電視頻道中嘉訊號非常不好，經常性雜訊聲惱人，也許可更換Netflix或Hami 一個月2百多，品質更好 2.浴室內的水龍頭角度怪怪，放置好後水會往浴缸外噴灑，加上一定要在浴缸內洗，浴缸稍高，對老年人出浴缸容易滑倒也許可更換浴缸或水龍頭的位置之類的 3.地毯有點黑，也許是陽台出去後直接踩踏進來地毯容易髒，建議放陽臺室外拖鞋，也可減少髒污與清潔人員負擔 4.陽臺沒有遮陽處，也許可以放置個大陽傘之類的 5.沒弄錯的話(因為沒標註)，早餐是洪瑞珍三明治，但是前一天下午就看見放置了，建議要說明何時放的，怕有食安
