Host super sweet and helpful. Lots of facilites!

The air freshener applied by the house cleaner. I don't like chemical fragrance. My bad for not asking to skip that!

The whole house has a luxury feel with facilities you can use, very nice kitchen and bathroom, everything looked great... The room was beautifully decorated and smartly organized. You can relax in the garden enjoying fast internet and I recommend trying the the breakfast, it is superb.

Amazing place, the rooms are carefully and beautifully decorated and have everything you may need. Multiple lightsources, table, calculator even a sewing kit and a laptop board. Nice comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood. Did not use the kitchen but seems to be well equipped. Absolutely spotless clean. All in all absolute recommendation.

If i had to search for a negative the room is pretty small, but that is expected because it is as advertised.

"Great place, decorated like a tv dream stay, close to UFSC, excellent breakfast, great host"

Beautiful place, with very nice decorations that make it seem like a tv vacation spot! And the staff (Susan) is very warm and nice, everything is clean and the place has many sustainable concepts embedded. And her breakfast is a poem! 100% recommended the chocolate cake included
