Riad Siena II

Best value for money. Among all 6 riads i stayed, this is the best in terms of location, spaciousness, facilities etc. Zahra made the best breakfast. She is very helpful and making sure everything i need is met. The riad is quiet, dreamy and very spacious.

La disponibilità dello staff. Le dimensioni delle camere. La possibilità di prenotare un driver per l'aeroporto. La colazione molto abbondante e gustosa. La possibilità di richiedere la scatola con la colazione da asporto in caso di partenza per l'aeroporto la mattina presto. La posizione a due passi dalla piazza Jeema El-Fna, ma allo stesso tempo vicina al Cafè Medina Rouge facilmente raggiungibile dal driver.

Riad Siena felt like a home away from home during our stay in Marrakech! The facilities are exactly what you need for exploring the souks and the location couldn't be more central. The breakfast was exceptional every day, and we loved hanging out at the beautiful rooftop. Zahra was a lovely host who helped us with absolutely everything and anything we needed! We would very much recommend Riad Siena for your stay in Marrakech!

Unser erstes Zimmer war super, die Matratze allerdings bretthart. Die Lage war sehr gut, man kommt schnell überall hin. Das Frühstück war auch gut

Wir mussten für unsere zweite Nacht das Zimmer wechseln in ein anderes Gebäude, was für uns absolut kein Problem war. Das Zimmer roch allerdings extrem nach Schimmel, sodass eine Übernachtung hier nicht zumutbar gewesen wäre. Das hatte auch nichts mehr mit normaler Feuchtigkeit in einem alten Haus zu tun, was die Mitarbeiter als Gegenargument verwendet haben. Schimmel konnten wir nicht erkennen, weil das Zimmer frisch gestrichen war. Der kleiner Luftentfeuchter in der Ecke (voll mit Wasser) ist so schnell leider auch keine Lösung. Nach Kontaktaufnahme schlug der Mitarbeiter vor, das Hotel zu verlassen. Wir hoffen, dass das Problem behoben wird. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir aber, dass die kostenlose Stornierung problemlos ablief.

El alojamiento fue maravilloso. Está situado en el mismo centro de todo donde puedes ir caminando a todos sitios. La habitación es súper acogedora, cómoda, con una decoración muy bonita en la que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa… El lugar trasmite tanta calma y amor… Zahra es una persona muy encantadora, atenta y se puede contar con ella para cualquier cosa que necesites y aparte prepara unas comidas increíbles que se notan que están hechas con mucho amor. Recomiendo totalmente este sitio, aparte de la calidad-precio, está ubicado perfectamente y sobretodo el trato que te dan. Las habitaciones están súper limpias y no se escucha ningún ruido más que el sonido de los pájaros.

We loved our stay at Riad Siena and our host Zahra made us feel very welcome. The location of the riad is exceptional for exploring the souks and the old city center. Also the breakfast and the to-go boxes for when you're leaving early are amazing!
