a vista para lagoa é incrivel. O local com paisagismo natural lindo, muito agradavel. Presença muitas aves lindas, macaquinhos que passeam pela arvores. possibilidade de um por do sol fantastico. A equipe que nos atendeu, sempre muito atenciosa e gentil. Entre as famosas Joaquina e Praia Mole e muito perto das rendeiras, com seus bares e restaurantes de frente pra lagoa da Conceição, o lugar é realmente muito interessante. Vale muito a pena

The welcome from Leo and Ricardo, was amazing. They were amazing hosts. The vibe of the accommodation was brilliant and we really felt like we were on holiday. They helped us plan things to do, showed us around and made us feel at home!!

It was unique, amazing views, clean, well maintained with amazing facilities from bbq, table tennis, amazing breakfast and dining tables on the terrace and even a gym! (Unfortunately our stay was too short to enjoy them all!)

Leo, who looked after us is extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. It's a lovely property with great views, nice pool and a lot of potential. The room is a good size with a nice bathroom, TV, mini fridge. It was also very clean.

Our score is based on poor value for money. This was the most expensive accommodation in this part of Santa Catarina so we have expected more. The property has a lot of potential but: Breakfast was very limited with no fruit, yoghurt, pastries,5 cereal, etc. At that price point one would expect choice and some self service options. Pillows were not comfortable and squashed. Bedding and towels looked old fashioned and of rather low quality. No shower gel or shampoo were offered. There is a rail to hang clothes but no hangers. It would also make sense to add bedside/reading lamps. We would have scored higher if it wasn't for the price we've paid.
