Caiowa Guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay. The house is spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. The location is also excellent—quiet and close to the beach and natural areas, and also easy walking distance to grocery stores and pharmacies. The hosts are also friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Very good location, fantastic accommodation with lush green garden, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, very clean rooms. Location is 5 minutes from the beach 15 minutes from supermarkets. The host is very friendly and helpful, a good lad, we became friends. He even gave me a souvenir from his collection as a gift. Don’t miss this one

Lovely owners and a very interesting house and garden. Located at the quiet end of the main beach (8km+) with a second beach (4km+) just to the south.... With nobody on it !! A couple of restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance.

Every neighbour had a nuisance barking dog.... And they took turns

The couple are kind and attentive. The house was beautiful and well kept. The porches are very comfortable. It was the nicest kitchen.

The floor in the guest house was soft.

The guest house was beautiful. The couple was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We had an amazing time there and enjoyed the southern end of Florianopolis. And the nearest mall was amazing, quiet and beautiful like the airport.

The nearest beach was rough for swimming. The current produced 2 and 3 meter deep holes in the floor of the surf. A life threatening situation for non swimmers.
