Einweisung beim Empfang sehr spröde, alles im Hefter im Zimmer zu erlesen; persönliche Einweisung in Küchenbenutzung wäre netter gewesen

Kurt was a fantastic host, very welcoming. Very detailed welcome booklet in the room which was really helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and bathroom located right outside the room! This was my second stay as really handy for my flight back out from Nashville 😁

Quiet location but close enough to city to walk to.

Felt comfortable and really enjoyed my stay, the owner answered any question I had and was happy to socialise and also give me my own privacy. Definitely recommend anybody to choose this as your place to stay. Super close to Downtown, 4 minute drive.

First of all, Kurt is one the best hosts I ever had when traveling. He’s super friendly, flexible and a great guy. The house is very nice, everything was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. Also, room and bathroom are next to each other so you can have a little more privacy when going to the bathroom. For my solo stay I couldn’t ask for more.
