Le personnel est adorable, seul point positif ! Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace.

Le logement est simple, sans aucun charme. N'est utile qu'en hôtel de transition pour partir sur les îles Gili. La salle de bain est plus que sommaire. Il y avait des lumières sans ampoules. C'est assez austère. Beaucoup de bruits de chiens et de scooter.

Lovely pool area, nice set out

The showers were scalding hot or freezing cold. They weren’t tempered. I didn’t dare shower my children. I couldn’t even get in my self. The owner was prickly, he didn’t respond to my messages prior to booking in. Nobody else was there accept myself and the 3 other travelling companions, however only 2 out of the 4 rooms air con units worked properly. My gf had to move rooms due to no fan or aircon. The had us all separated (husband and 2 kids bottom floor, me and 1 child middle floor) and the others were also separated despite there being nobody there. Asked for breakfast at 6:45 as our driver was coming to collect us to go to the ferry at 7:20 and it didn’t come out until after 7 so it was rushed. Food was nice though. It was reasonably priced if the facilities actually worked but given everything wasn’t up to standard the price was too high for such a mediocre stay.
