Myself and my partner stayed here for a week in July and we couldn’t fault a thing. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a very convenient location. Everything was exactly as shown, if not better. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place stayed peaceful at night. We slept great every night we were there. We had a late flight in so were worried we'd have nowhere to sleep the first night. Mile was waiting for us at 00:30 on the porch so we could get in, which made things easy after a long travel day. Mile was great to deal with from start to finish. He was very friendly, quick to reply, and made everything simple. One night we ran out of air conditioning credit at 3am so we had to call him. Even though we definitely woke him, he came straight to the room and sorted it on the spot without a fuss. The seating area outside was one of our favourite spots in the evenings. It was quiet, had a lovely view, and was perfect for watching the sunset. All in all, it was excellent value for money and we’d absolutely stay again. Already recommending it to friends. Thanks again to Mile for everything.

Gyönyörű apartman, tengerre nèző szobával.. szuper volt az itt eltöltött idő és szeretnènk még visszajönni. Közös konyha volt, jól felszerelt és minden szobához saját hatalmas hűtő tartozott. A parton használhattunk ingyen napágyakat ès napernyőt, a tulajdonos mindenben segítségünkre volt.

There is something peaceful, relaxing and simply beautiful about this accomodation. It was greatly located with quick access to the beach and promenade walk. There is also easy and quick access to restaurants and a supermarket. Podstrana is also strategically located, close to Split to access by car, but far away enough to feel like you are in a relaxing, quietter spot.

The position was fantastic, right on the beach, near the supermarket and the beachside cafe and good parking. Also good to be able to bike along the waterfront in both directions and handy to good beachfront restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and laundry for guest use.

Mile and his mum were great and so helpful - we had the best time ever

Studio was clean, great view of the sea, next to the beach, store across the street, great hosts, free sunbeds and umbrellas. Top of the top 👍

Location is top. The apartment is set practically on the beach, everything looks new, it's clean and really nice. The owner is very friendly, really nothing to complain. Great experience!

The appartments in the house have mutual kitchen so not that ideal when traveling with family for a longer period, but could get used to... probably. Or you can eat outside, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
