The place was fine for a budget stay. It is very hot in Sri Lanka right now and the fan in the room didn’t suffice so i left a night earlier than planned. Just note before booking that it is very warm :) The location is good. A short walk to the beach.

Had a great stay at Pradeepa house! The location was great, so close to the beach and about a 10 min walk to the main street in Unawatuna. The room and bathroom were a perfect size and great value for money.

There was no A/C but just a fan. Which of course was advertised as such but it did mean the room stayed pretty warm during the night.
