Lovely and clean, very homely feel, food was excellent, great value for money, owner really went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay

Beds were a tiny bit hard.

The hostess is really caring and thoughtful. She accepted my short notice late at night, and woke up in the middle of the night to prepare a picnic for the hike. There's a lovely lake nearby that worths a visit.

A bit far from the hiking path. It was an extra tuktuk budget to consider.

Owners are amazing and great location for Adams peak overlooking the lake, also a few nice walks nearby.

The only negative, if being very picky, was that our shower was super weak although it was warm. Otherwise everything was satisfactory

I loved the location as the surrounding tea plants and lake are really beautiful with a great view of the mountain. I felt really well taken care of staying here and we were given a lift to Adam’s Peak at 2:30am to start the hike by the family running the hotel.

The hosts of this place are incredibly nice and welcoming! They helped us with everything we needed and even drove us to the trailhead of Adam's peak in the middle of the night for free. The food was fantastic every day and we can recommend staying at this place to anyone who's looking for a low budget family homestay in the area.

The bathroom facilities are very basic and not at all western standards but everything works for normal usage.

Had a great stay here for a night after hiking to Adam’s peak. The hosts were very welcoming and it was a pleasure to stay there!
