"Stay was okay but not pleasant"

The location was handy to get to town

The customer service was absolutely awful, the host was very dismissive of my requests and very rude to what I had to say at all, we agreed that I’d stay to a different room and that she will refund me out of inconvenience,I agreed and coming the check in day she didn’t even update me of the change to the original plans and I was just disappointed at her attitude.
