"I was never told that my room was downstairs, right beside the entry and had no windows"

Owners are very nice, smilley and helpful, even thought the speak no English

Very basic, but I wasn't looking for luxury anyway and spent most of the day outside

"Disappointing"

Just location of hotel.

The room lacked daylight. You can't pull back the curtains because the windows are in the corridor and you can see through the other windows into the other accommodation. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom. under the bed was not cleaning a long time. The photos on the booking are old. There is no space for a shower in the bathroom, you basically shower in the toilet.

"Robbed in Chiang Mai!"

When I got there they said that something was not working and they couldn’t give me a room, So, I had to book somewhere else and lost all my money.

Never stayed they scammed me.

"Very good stay - great location and quiet."

Comfy beds great location and very quiet.

Noisy air con , no coffee and tea facilities , no cleaning everyday, we kept having to ask for toilet roll and bins to be emptied.
