"Exceptional"

Where do I begin. I showed up at random, without a booking, and during the off season or rainy season. Gale, the sweet woman running the place while the owner (Peter) is away, immediately made me feel at home. She made me dinner 3 of the 4 nights and the food was amazing! The pool was amazing to be able to cool off in the middle of the day. The dogs are one of the highlights as well. They became my guardians during my 5 days there. I went for a walk and I kept trying to get them to go back to the place but they wouldn't take no for an answer lol. So I took them along because it seemed they obviously wanted to go for a walk too. By the end of the long walk, they were exhausted and I feel I now have new pet friends for life 🤗. I highly recommend this place to anyone. A word of caution. Be extra careful if you are going during the rainy season as the path to get there after rain is quite slick. Be extra cautious on the red dirt. Thanks for everything!

I really enjoyed my stays at Tafelberg, very comfortable room and atmosphere. Nice chill spot everywhere! Cute dogs and cats!! The owner was very helpful, kind and took us out to eat at night market with him, thank you very much, I really want to come back again!
