Food taste wasn't great, maybe due to cuisine is different, no activities planned at the site , approach road could be better, some sports activities are not there

Here you go: We reserved this property through booking.com and explicitly chose a room with a mountain view. Upon arrival, they assigned us a dim, viewless room, justifying it by claiming our party of two didn't qualify for the better room designed for four. Why offer it for booking if they won't honor the choice? Days before our visit, they sent a WhatsApp message listing amenities like thrice-daily meals, snacks, and unlimited tea/coffee, with no mention of extra charges. Yet, they slapped us with an outrageous 400 per person per meal charge for subpar food. The bathroom showcased a leaking washbasin, a health faucet with a mind of its own, and a flush that requires a team effort. To add insult to injury, they demanded 10k instead of the agreed-upon 7840, breaking down as 7000 for rent, 1600 for food (a concealed expense), 1050 for booking.com's commission (why should customers pay this?), and a shady 840 for GST without providing a proper bill. Their shoddy service and deceptive practices tarnished our birthday celebration. This is not just bad service; it's outright fraud, and it's unacceptable.
