Helly's Secret Garden Cottage

Staff were very helpful and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Location is a short walk from the main road. Great room with all the basics and air con. The property was in a great spot near the main road to walk down. We hired a scooter and the staff helped us out with a good deal and any transport needed, including arranging pick up and drop off with the ferries

The property is on a one way street for taxi’s, so at times it made pick up and drop off tricky, as they can only go down the narrow street in one direction. It didn’t bother us much. Also at times there wasn’t any hot water for showers (Bali is hot anyways)

The accomodation is really beautiful with amazing people working here who go above and beyond for you! The location is great aswell and it’s only 5 minutes walking from the main street with all the restaurants and other stores. I would 1000% recommend to stay here🙏

We loved our stay! The room is very clean and nice, great working AC, perfect location minutes from some of the best restaurants and bars in Nusa Lembongan — the value is unmatched. What made the stay extra special was the personal touch of staff. For example, one of the staff members went to get petrol for us when we were a bit confused on how to do it. We also had quite a complicated next part of our journey — it required us getting to a specific port early in the morning on Nusa Penida (which was not straightforward to get to). Helly organized everything for us, arranging for one of his friends to take us on a boat straight to the correct port and coming with us for the whole journey. We can’t say enough great things!

The road to the cottage gets quite dark at night — but if you have a flashlight, it’s totally fine and it’s only a 2 min walk from the main road.

Großartig, 10/10 Punkten, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen Gemütliches Bett, schöne Terrasse, und ein wunderschöner Garten. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich.

Bila was super nice and took very good care of us. She arranged quick transport for us to the port so we would get ripped off by the taxis on the street😊. The cottage is also very comfortable and the beds were great. Good aircon. The location is right of the main street near the beach, everything is walkable.

The shower was either too hot or too cold and the overhaid rain showerhead didn’t work. Unfortunately it rained when we got there, and to get there you have to walk a bit through the local houses on a muddy path which was one big puddle when we got there. When its nice weather it dried up quickly though, but maybe to keep in mind when you have big suitcases or something.

The nicest room we’ve had so far in Indonesia! It was so modern with great AC, the garden setting is just beautiful. Location is very central to the beach, shops and restaurants, it was also very quiet at night. Owner is lovely and helped us with transport afterwards.
