有早餐供应，有冰箱和厨具使用。

服务人员缺乏热情，爱答不理，退房后回来洗个澡都拒绝。 这里一个星期停2天水，老板表示无奈但没有任何积极改善行动，两手一摊就了事。海里游玩回来没水洗澡，我相信很多人都接受不了。说好的泳池只能看不能用，说是备用水。 恢复供水后，洗澡水就是黄色的泥土水，都不敢刷牙洗脸。 我们住3个晚上，没人来问我们要不要做house keeping ，我们需要新的浴巾被告知没有，2楼厕所经常堵着没人处理。 地方离码头有3公里，出去需要使用Grab。

室内木质装饰面，刷了油漆··有点味道，距离码头还是有点距离的。

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas személyzet. Tiszta szállás. Kicsekkolást követően is igénybe vehettük a csomagok megőrzését és lehetőséget kaptunk tisztálkodni, még extra tiszta törülközőt is biztosítottak. 3 fő számára is bőven kényelmes volt a három ágyas szoba, volt tér.

the reception (lady boss) is so annoying! she not even greets the guest well! she keep asking how many pax living in, we all can read and understand the policy before we booked the room. 1. No parking inside house. Only 1 car allowed, since we came with 2 cars, only 1 allowed to park inside eventho still ‘muat’ to park inside,and when we went out for dinner and return back we are not allowed to park inside! we booked 3 rooms which is cost us 500 ringgit and she not allowed us to park the car properly at the designated parking area! 2. ⁠Children counted as adult too. In online booking, we booked for 8 adults = 3 rooms. Every room got their children, which 3 of them below 5 years old. Property policies online stated that “Children of any age are welcome”. When only we arrived, they told us that our children are counted as adults too. 3. ⁠We came from far, to visit Semporna and happily wanted to stay in your homestay. Since your other room also full that day, another family members who came with us (only 4 of them) cant join living there. So we planned to hang out with them in your homestay, however we are not allowed to do so. We felt so disappointed by these issues, we willing to pay (RM500+) to stay with you with hope to get awesome customer service as reviewed by people staying before, unfortunately during our stay we didn’t get that. We really hope that you could improve. Thank you.
