MXThe deluxe room is great for a pleasant stay. It has everything you need, it's clean and comfortable and the wifi works great too. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet is good. I would stay here again.
When I arrived, they told me they cancelled my reservation (without letting me know or cancelling it on the app) because they wanted me to confirm my booking by phone and, as I had a local sim, they couldn't reach me on my mexican number. They didn't tried to reach me via the app, mail or whatsapp, and they said it was my duty to contact them to confirm my reservation. After traveling for over a year around Asia, it was the first time I had this issue. By the end they gave me a better room for the same price (the room I paid was given to other guests).
