Overall the stay was comfortable. Sana at reception was very good, helpful, courteous and sweet. So please keep up the good work so people can enjoy the stay.

The breakfast could be better. Although served with lot of love the cooked food was very bland in taste. Also the entry to the property is difficult as there is nobody at the gate to open immediately. Our taxi had to wait outside, causing traffic jam which people did not like as we had to call to get the gate opened.

location was quite uphill and very hard to reach by foot. secondly the breakfast options were very limited. most items were precooked and hence had to be heated in microwave.

The place is very nice and homely . The staff is super nice and helpful . The views , except one towards the shillong city are ok ok.

The location was not bad, especially if you want to spend time in shillong and visit the cafes etc. However if you want to travel out of shillong and back everyday , the traffic gets you and you can spend more than an hour getting back in .

Breakfast, Toilet Seat in Room No. 4, Noisy Bed in Room No. 2, No privacy in Rooms because even if you fart the neighbours will hear it so forget about some romance with your partner

Room are cleaned,but the location are quite interior for which talking of Lunch dinner etc are very problematic. Behaviours of staff is good.
