Automated. Totally automated and self services. Impressed. Very clean. Nice room too

Stairs only. Living on 2nd floor is ok. 3rd floor onwards might be a bit high with many luggage

We had an issue with the television it was quickly dealt with.

The shower got all the toilet wet when you showered. There were only glasses no cups in the room.

"Affordable and cozy"

Easy to access. Near to bus and mrt station. Walkable area.

Don't have elevator. We stay at level 4. Really hard for us to carry our luggage. Anyway if you want to stay here please make sure don't bring big luggage. Definitely will suffer to carry through the stairs
