FRIt’s a very nice place. Norman is just an amazing host. He provide us many advices and tips. Always smiling, it’s very nice to speak with him. You can go to the bar just in front of the house, and also rent some motorbike
If you’re seeking for a big complexe with swimming pool, you’re not in the good place. But if you’re searching for a place local, quiet, nice and at a human size you should book it. That’s not a five star fancy hostel, that just a simple local house. We really enjoy our stay and the quiet place it was
FRI had a fantastic stay at Norman’s guest house. The place is really clean, perfectly located, and comfortable. Norman is an exceptional host, warm, attentive, and welcoming from the very first minute. He genuinely cares about his guests and makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here, it’s a real gem if u are in tanah rata!

BEWe truly enjoyed our stay at The Rustique Guesthouse. The room and the interior are basic, but that’s exactly part of the charm — simple, clean, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Cameron Highlands. What really made our experience unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Norman. He is always cheerful, ready to help at any moment, and genuinely caring towards his guests. On top of that, he gave us fantastic recommendations for local food spots, scenic hikes, and places we would never have discovered on our own. Thanks to his enthusiasm and thoughtful guidance, we were able to explore the area in the best possible way. From the very first moment, we felt welcomed and at ease. Norman creates a unique, homely atmosphere that you rarely encounter — it’s what gives this guesthouse its soul. The location is perfect for anyone who loves nature, peace, and beautiful surroundings, and after a day of hiking it felt wonderful to come back to such a place. If there is one thing that potentially could be improved, it would be the superthin connecting walls of the rooms. But for this Norman already proposed a sollution during our check-in: earplugs at no charge ! In short: we highly recommend The Rustique Guesthouse to anyone looking for a friendly, authentic, and warm place to stay in the Cameron Highlands. ESMe gustó tanto la sensación de sentirse como en casa, gracias a Norman, que no dudé en quedarme una noche más. A pesar de las lluvias, me ha encantado quedarme aquí, su limpieza, sus zonas comunes con té y café y su desayuno incluido. Es un sitio totalmente para descansar y disfrutar.

DENorman ist ein super lieber und hilfsbereiter Host. Von Anfang an haben wir uns bei ihm sehr wohl gefühlt! Er hat uns viele Tipps für Wanderungen in der Nähe (und auch für ganz Südost-Asien) gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist rustikal und hat ein Camping-Gefühl ausgestrahlt. Es gab zudem kostenlos ein kleines Frühstück am Morgen!
