le fait que l'on nous force un peu la main à l'avance par message pour faire une safari a un prix plus cher que ce que l'on peut trouver sur place. heureusement rien de réservé nous avon spu nous débrouilelr avec un tour exterieur à moitié prix.

Easy access to Sigiriya

Showers were not fixed properly. It's better to use clean white sheets rather than using rough printed bed sheets. Rooms didn't come with free water bottles. The local restaurants were very poor with their service, and we got delayed for nearly three hours for dinner at two places. This hotel didn't call and check with me before arrival, but I called and let them know that we are arriving at 6.30PM before leaving from Minneriya National Park. She sounded not welcoming. While we were delayed, she called and spoke with a harsh tone about the delay even after I explained our situation. Really not nice. One of the rooms didn't have AC, so when we asked whether we can switch to a room with AC, she harshly told that if we came early it could have been arranged. That there are rooms but cannot be provided. I don't recommend this place.
