Yuda Menjangan Homestay

Beautiful grounds. Quaint outside traditional bathroom. Yuda is very friendly helpful host. Will be going back soon.

Some may not like the outside bathroom. Not me!

Yuda is an incredible host. He can arrange everything and is his kindness exceeds any expectations. The place is beautiful, a little hidden paradise with a beautiful outdoor bathroom. We did snorkeling trip and jungle trip, both custom made for us. Yuda also arranged the driver for us, we didn't find a cheaper price elsewhere in Bali. I highly recommend all the trips, no need to look elsewhere for better prices or services and also the taxi driver was very kind and drove cautiously. I also forgot a piece of clothes in Yuda's place and he kindly offered to send it to another hotel in Indonesia without requesting anything back. I was just amazed by the kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend staying in this accommodation, we still remember the stay and haven't found a kinder person in Bali (where all people are usually very kind) 😊 besides, by staying with a local host, you also support directly the Balinese people instead of big foreign hotels. Plus, there is no better place than Yuda's in this area😊🙏

Can be a bit noisy at night from the neighbours. I’m a good sleeper so didn’t trouble me

Yuda the host is very welcoming and kind towards the guests. He arranged a snorkeling trip to the island which we fully enjoyed. He also suggested a nearby warung that had excellent food for a very low price. The quality / price ration is great.

We were satisfied with our stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Normal room is adequate size. Yoda was very friendly and helped out with snorkel tour and bookings for places to have dinner. Even organised our transfers to and from the homestay at a reasonably price. One room was upgraded to the new joglo, out the back, on the last night, with a huge room and lovely new outdoor shower area. Breakfast was good.

Rooms not soundproof. Outdoor bathroom was old and when showering, wet the toilet and the whole area. Cracked tiles leading out to the shower/toilet area are dangerous underfoot.

Yuda was a great host! Thank you for arranging my airport transfer and accommodating my late check-in and check-out. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. I would stay here again!

There was a cockroach in my bathroom :( But that is probably because of the semi-outdoor design of the bathroom. I enjoyed the interesting design regardless. And the room and sheets were very clean!

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. He organised our snorkelling trip for us at a good price. He also offered us the new bungalow for a discount. The room was amazing and very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast bought to our balcony every morning which was very good.
