There is no basic toiletries. No tissue, toothbrush, toothpaste. They only provide shower gel. The staff really hard to reach. At first we cannot find the room. So we call the host but its really hard to reach. After almost one hour then only we can find the room after we managed to call them.Need to pay deposit rm100. They refund it at the same day

Not clean

The host was not responsive. My kids and i stranded on the lobby and end up we cant check in. Can you imagine my kids during that time? Hungry and crying. If any of you plan to stay here, you may need to re consider. This is my first time experiencing this. Really disappointed

No one at reception in night. Then called one no pasted there at reception. He didn't picked up but reply on sms then some how he provided key through watchman. He asked for 100 RM deposit by account tft but I did not have Malasiya account since tourist only in Malaysia. However later he told no need to deposit now, morning we will see. Inside room, bed on the upper deck which was within the room with iron stairs . Inside nondrinking water. No te coffe. This name is big but different concept of suit. Not normal suit. I never recommend any one. We were stuck in the night. No option but some how managed in the night and next day stay at another hotel. 3rd day any had plan to out from Penang. Horrible experience
