We had a very friendly welcome, they were aware of very small details which is very nice to have. The room was comfortable.

If I had seen the property I would have written something

The way Booking handled. I had confirmed reservation and the host says that it's overbooked and booking never responded to his request. I cam to know while I was about to checkin. Booking says they can't do anything though I had informed them immediately.

Mr. Phillip was very friendly and easy to talk to, gave a wonderful tour of the place and was very welcoming. He keeps the room and the bathroom very clean and makes sure that each guest feels comfortable. Wonderful place that I would 100% recommend.

"Great."

Nice room in a very quiet neighbourhood. 30 minutes walk to Düsseldorf centre.

The room is a bit small for four people but we knew that. We just used the room to sleep.
