The stay was a very comfortable place and the person was very sweet and kind. He left for early check-in as our bus dropped us very early(4am). Would definitely book the same place the next time I visit.

I loved the way it feels around the home and the person who takes care too well.

We stayed for 1day experience was very bad I don't recommend anyone here.It's very unclean and unhygienic ..too much bad smell from the kitchen and kitchen sink bathroom too..the people who has visited before our stay they cooked something nd left uncleaned like that .. Bedroom has one roof inside its full of dust when we on AC we found dust all in the air and AC he fixed nd locked at constant temperature so we can't feel like cool even if we reduce temperature as low owner not provided us cleaned it feels not like homestay the owner or worker I don't know he is very polite until taking amount from us he said you can do early checkin but he said to pay Rs.300/- extra while checkout not charged as per booking.com he charged high he didn't called on Mobile or said previously that we will charge extra he accepted till we pay now while checkout he looted extra charges.Very cheap mindset person while going he demanded extra money which make us very angry nd even we have checked out at 6:30Am.

Manohar Sir is very supportive during our stay and provided directions for various temples in Tirupati.He also booked taxi for us.All facilities like WIFI,TV,AC are available in the flat.

Just near to road.

No proper maintenance. People with cleanliness disorder won't come here you'll regret as the washroom was horrible and everything was not that clean. If I share the photo of washroom no one will ever come to this place.

Property owner was very friendly and we felt this property as a home away from home

Host agreed to accomdate us earlier than scheduled time ...and Manohar is friendly

Atleast tea and snacks could have been available for the guests
