Naddi Castle

I loved my cozy, wooden room in Naddi castle! It was the perfect place to slow down, do plenty of reading and writing and to go for long walks in nature. The host, Anil, helped me a lot with the options for walks/hikes and with other things, too. I also enjoyed the breakfast at Naddi Castle with plenty of options (lunches and dinners are available, too). Altogether I had a wonderful time and didn’t want to leave!

The host Anil ji was excellent. A person who doesn’t know to say no. So warm , courteous and polite. Loved the stay. Dharam was also good. And the bonus are the dogs around.

Am amazing stay with an amazing host. Anil paaji was really helpful. We had an amazing experience at the stay. Do not hesitate while booking the place, go for it. It is an amazing place, top class view, great host and the food was mouth watering.

Amazing hospitality and a beautiful property connected to great hiking trails. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, from walking us to trails, starting campfires and preparing meals. Everything was perfect.

The host was really warm and welcoming and the cook was awesome with his homely preparations. The property is located in a serene location and there are short trails around the property that can be explored. The host is a wonderful storyteller and has a lot of local folklore in his pocket of short stories which is certain to brighten the stay.

Location, Food and Serenity

Anil was the perfect host. Could not have been more welcoming. I was invited to join him for his birthday party and also to a local wedding. I felt like family. Only 10/15 min on scooter to McLeod Ganj Beautiful local town, plenty of food and stores walking distance. Amazing views of sunrise and sunset from the room. Beautiful views of the mountains from the room.

Location is not as isolated/ secluded as I expected. Plenty of people and hustle and business going on.

- Anil is the most friendly and accomodating host. - Naddi Castle is located in a quiet neighboorhood and the views from the room are absolutely stunning. You can reach the village of Dharamkot via a beautiful walk through the forest. - The food (breakfast and dinner) is delicious and abundant.

- McLeod Ganj is about 1h walk or a taxi ride away, so perfect if you're looking for a quiet place but a bit far if you want to be close to the sightseeing. - It gets cold in the evening. The beds are nice and warm but the room gets rather chilly.
