There are big areas for large groups to eat, play and chat with each other. The kitchen is equipped.

There’s a stinky, drunk man who walks around the house, probably stealing our food from one of the common fridge that didn’t work perfectly. Due to this man the staircase smells bad. The parking is not that easy in winter time due to the slippery road to the parking area. The studio apartments were cold, we had to sleep in sweaters. There were no towels, so be prepared with that.

The view on Tatry Mountains was spectacular from the terrace we had breakfasts on. It's all old, rural with animals both domesticated and not close by. Kids loved patting the cat, watching sheep and chickens, we all enjoyed birdwatching. Its close to all good walking paths in the mountains and not far from other main attractions (convenient bus/taxi ride to Zakopane, Morskie Oko and so on). The well equipped, convenient (more like real industrial) kitchen was a marvel.

It might look a bit spartan if someone is not for authentic rustical places. There is a lot of stairs and passages that add to the charm but must be traversed to get places.

Location is ok in a lovely village very close to the national park, rooms are fine and clean, the kitchen and dining rooms are excellent. Parking space provided (about 8 to 9 cars can be parked on the property) is adequate - which is important as there are no public parking spaces in the village at all. Owners are very polite, nice and helpful. The view of Tatra Mountains from the property is magnificent. Overall we had a very good stay.

The only problem is acoustics of the building and the noise. The walls are very thin and you can hear people from the next room and across the hall talking. Floors are also quite creaky and people walking in rooms above can be heard. There is a notice posted that asks guests to be quiet in the nighttime but it isn't respected. We had someone coming in at about 4:45 in the morning and they were walking around, opening and closing doors and talking loudly. That was the only inconvenience.
