Family ambiance. Very friendly hostesse.

Breakfast needs a bit of improvement. A continental breakfast is more than a couple of white pieces of toast with a flat fried egg or penny size omelette.

Sweet, clean apartment with little outdoor garden and pool. Fantastic location for ferry. Very helpful and friendly host who also dropped us off for the ferry. Breakfast good.

Nothing. Was perfect for overnight stay following flight and prior to ferry transfer.

We only stayed one night as we went to Lombok the next day. It's situated near the harbour so a quick drive to catch the ferry. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Rooms was on the small side but that was expected, it's was clean.

There was a little problem with the drainage in the bathroom, it just took a little while to drain but nothing terrible.

Staff and owner were so helpfull and Serangan is lovely and quiet area, with access to lots of seafood restaurants, short boat trip to surf breaks. My daughter favorite was the Turtle sanctuary, she got to adopt and release Turtles out in the ocean , lovely experience.

It’s calm and cozy, the owners very helpful in any situation.

No shower plate in the bathroom, once you take a shower all floor is wet. The room faces the inner courtyard, everyone can look inside the room. You need to keep opened curtains all the time.
