"W obiekcie było cicho i spokojnie; pobyt był niekrępujący."

Lokalizacja korzystna, na uboczu, w spokojnej okolicy. W obiekcie bardzo czysto i spokojnie. Do dyspozycji wszystko, co naprawdę potrzebne podczas pobytu wypoczynkowego, tzn. wyposażenie kuchni, lodówka, suszarka do włosów.

Do przystanku było wprawdzie blisko, ale autobusy miejskie zbyt rzadko jeździły.
