Exceptional place to stay! I came solo from Chaing Mai (about 30 minutes away). I don't have my own transportation, but found it easy to travel into town here or into Chaing Mai for a day using the "inDrive" or "Grab" app and just pay in cash. I came here to relax and found this place exceeded my expectations . I call it "beautiful silence". You hear birds, the wind, the leaves blowing, a cat meowing, the occasional sound of someone sweeping. It is perfect to unwind. You are on a street tucked away in the trees and the homestay backs up to rice fields. There are no neighbors in sight. My morning walks were beautiful, colorful and the air was crisp in the morning. The pool is big and refreshing to swim in the heat of the afternoon. There are markets nearby, and you are not far from other fun sight seeing experiences like guided cycling day trips, a family water park, hiking at nearby national parks. If you need to book a tour or transport for your day trip, Nat (owner) is happy to help. I can't say enough good things about the owners. Nat and John are lovely people, fun to visit with and always ready to help if you need it. The staff is exceptional too. Always smiling and always cleaning (which explains how clean this place is). The bathroom was big and had great water pressure and hot water. There is a kettle in your room along with, water bottles daily, coffee and tea. Also has a small fridge and a safe for your personal documents, etc. My booking included breakfast each morning which was delicious! The twin room where I stayed has the traditional "Thai style" bed which I prefer. They are firm beds. Other reviews say other rooms have beds that are softer. But for me it was great.Both owners checked in with me about my comfort. Again, just super great people. I could go on and on, but encourage you to come see and experience it yourself. I will definitely be returning 😁

Nat is a fabulous host who takes good care of her guests. Delicious Thai breakfasts with seasonal fruits and the option for further meals if desired. The pool is a great way to cool down and the place has many friendly cats & dogs that come to say hello. We trained at Manasak Muay Thai which was an easy 10min scooter ride away. Rooms are clean and tidy, with daily bottled water top ups and linen changes regularly. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return!

This was a lovely homestay. My room and balcony overlooked green fields with birds of all sorts. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well equipped with a refrigerator, tea kettle, well working and quiet AC, and great WiFi. The pool was perfect with comfortable sitting. The host is an excellent cook so I was able to enjoy a wonderful dinner after my long drive as well as a great breakfast in the morning. It was a short drive into Chiang Mai Old City, but I felt like I was miles from the city. My google maps easily took me right to the front door. The staff were lovely and helpful in any way they could.

I was completely happy and will happily return when back in the area.

I absolutely loved everything about this Homestay. We trained at Manasak Mauy Thai and this was less than a 10 minute scooter ride away. The rooms and pool were absolutely beautiful. The family and staff were absolutely wonderful. It is best to have Google translate to help with some communication, but that’s what I also loved, the authenticity of the homestay.

Little bit lonely and far away from Chiang Mai, but so friendly staff and a really relaxing place! I started my day with quiet piano music and a good breakfast, wonderful.

The owner family are very friendly, kind and supportive. Room is clean with basic amenities.

Location is the worst. Their location in google map is WRONG which is big deal for us! I was there around 7pm and shocked with road without lighting. I drove in the dark for long ride, look unsafe at all. The location is like deserted area and poor signage in the dark. I did make a call 3 times. Phone number are unapproached. I have tried hard to find the place and almost give up to cancel. If you dont have a car, this place is not recommended at all. Even cheap price but not worth to pay. They are nice persons but unprofessional to manage their place.

Wonderful Homestay! It is in a very idyllic and quiet spot about 25 minutes outside Chiang Mai. The owner and her team are incredible friendly and welcoming.

As it’s a quiet area, getting in and out is not the easiest. Ideally you come with your own transport. If you need a hand getting a taxi or tuk tuk, the homestay team are very happy to help.

The bed mattress was very hard and I was sore after a motorcycle accident. Not a good combination 😉☺️

perfect place to stay outside the busy life of Chiang Mai. The house is surrounded by nature beautiful and quiet. lovely hostess, who also is a good cook,great facilities and refreshing pool. you can rent a room daily or on weekly and monthly base, perfekt for workers working away from home. Wi-Fi is very good. It’s a good idea to have your own transportation while living there
